Janice Ortiz-Corral is a writer, director, and stand-up comic from Baltimore. She studied
in London, where she earned an MA from Royal Holloway University and an MA from
the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. After completing the 2020 Soho
Theatre Writers’ Lab, she returned to Maryland where she has stage managed and
directed at many local theatres. She is currently the Marketing Coordinator at Everyman
Theatre.
